MIW thermo-staticThis oven is heated with thermal oil, that is, by means of an external central heating boiler.
MIWE idealWhere maximum flexibility is required, the heating gas circulator with the static baking atmosphere is the best choice amongst deck baking ovens. In the twin circuit model, the upper and lower oven groups can be run at different temperatures. Up to 3 cantilevered draw-plate ovens are available.
MIWE ideal MThe MIWE ideal M was developed based on the MIWE ideal T, a deck baking oven which has been valued for decades due to is even baking results and robustness. This oven is delivered in individual modules, which bakers can combine with one another horizontally and/or vertically according to their budget, needs and the space available.
MIWE thermo-expressThe MIWE thermo-express combines the perfected design elements of our deck baking ovens with thermal oil technology, which provides a gentle radiation heat. As a multiple-circuit unit, baking chamber groups can be run with different independent baking parameters.
Up to 5 cantilevered draw-plate ovens or draw-plate oven trolleys are available. MIWE electroElectrically heated deck baking oven, all of whose baking chambers can be controlled completely independently of each other with regard to temperature, baking time and steam.
