In the last five years, MIWE product development has focused on simplifying handling and improving efficiency, while ensuring the highest possible quality of baked goods.
One result of these developments is the modular-concept FreshFoodSystem
MIWE cube, which has been successfully introduced to the market, and which enjoys rising demand on the international market as well. With its uniform modular dimensions, the MIWE cube is easy to integrate into any shop concept. The modular system is comprised of a series of components, which can be combined in virtually any configuration - from the pedestal with rollers, to the variety of available cabinets (including with proofing capability), to the baking modules, to steam hoods. With five different baking modules, the bakery shop can now meet all desired requirements directly in the shop - from fresh, crusty breads to sweet pastries to hearty pizza slices.
The system also includes a novel development that helps utilise available space even more effectively. For example, the prototype MIWE cube:air presented at the südback trade fair was a 10-fold variation - meaning that 10 baking tins can be baked in the oven simultaneously. This greatly expands capacity for bakery shops with a high customer traffic volume.
